C180 is a mixed commercial development in Cheras Selatan, just before Balakong. Sitting on an 18-acre freehold land, it is dubbed to become the modern and urban enclave of Cheras, which is the reason why the developer came out with the 180 name, which means 180 degree of transformation to Cheras.
C180 comprises of specialty retail shops (called the Gateway), service apartments and a hotel (called The Nest), an entertainment complex (called The Centerstage), corporate offices and business suites (called The Latitude), signature office/showrrom (called The Longitude). It has a gross development value (GDV) of RM350 million.
Phase 1 of C180 is the 3 and 4-storey shop-office development with a total of 41 units. It has built-up size of 4,950 sf for each unit within 22' x 75'. It is scheduled to be completed in December 2010. It is complemented with 2,000 car park bays and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance. It was sold from RM1.28 million, around RM290 psf.
Phase 2 is the development of its specialty retail component, more like an open strip mall. It will become the main attraction of C180. It comprises of shop-offices, retail outlets and an entertainment block of about 60,000 sf complete with water recreation fun-park at the roof top, pedestrian boulevard, alfresco food and beverages.
Furthremore, Phase 2 of C180 offers several layouts, with built-up sizes from 1,070 sf, and land area of 22' /55' /32' x 70' and 26' x 52'. The developer also confirmed that they will have a flea market and live arts performance within the mall. It is also complemented with 2,000 car park bays and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance. Phase 2 is expected to be completed by 2011.
Also within Phase 2, there are 90 units of 5-storey corporate office, namely The Latitude. This corporate office will be sold for en bloc.
Phase 3 consists of a business hotel, which will be wholly owned by the developer. According to the developer, they have sealed a deal with The Accor Group, specializing in budget to luxury hotels, for its All Seasons Hotel brand, for the hotel.
Another block next to the hotel is the service apartment, named Livia Residence, which is available for sale. It is a 20-storey apartment with a total of 190 units. It only offers bite-sized residence with built-up size start from 551 sf (one-bedroom), and from 853 sf (two-bedroom). It is launched from RM167,900 and RM241,800 respectively.
Besides hotel and residence, the last phase of C180 also includes a block of 6-storey corporate office.
