We have organized various training programs & events as below:
1.) REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATOR TRAINING PROGRAMME
OBJECTIVE:
To provide a comprehensive training programme to RENS in covering the various stages of real estate agency works. The training programme is designed into 4 modules which revolve around the 4 stages of real estate agency activities upon which when finished will complete a full circle of real estate agency works. Every module is carefully designed and cater to the needs & requirement of the work circumstance and stages as involved.
Module 1 - Farming & Listings
Objective: The training module is designed to address the issues faced by rookie RENs in relation to jobs specialization and securing property listings.
Module 2- Marketing of property listings
Objective : This training module is based on the assumption that RENs have acquired some property listings, what's next? The next course of action will be more on property inspection, qualifying the listings & marketing activities & planning.
Module 3- Viewing Appointments & Field works
Objective: The training module is based on the assumption that RENs have acquired some property listings and have undertaken necessary marketing activities. Hence, the training is aimed at providing RENs the skill of conducting prospects screening and qualifying. Besides,other areas such as co- broking procedure, viewing appointment & field works tips will be covered.
Module 4- Concluding a Property Transaction.
Objective: This training module will address the imminent deal closing stage, the topics will revolve around negotiation skills & techniques, the process & flow of property transaction & related matters.
