The industrial development in BPK 1.1 (refer to Rancangan Tempatan MBSA 2020) is 1,273.56 hectares. In general, the existing planned industrial land use located in Sections 25, 26, 27, 28 and 33 will be maintained. It covers a total area of 467.81 hectares.
