Phase 3A consists of 49 bungalows and 140 semi-detached houses. The bungalows were priced at RM989,155 to RM1,489,860 while the semi-detached houses originally cost between RM661,600 to RM861,300.

Phase 4 is called The Grandeur. It consists of 3 different types of lots - raised plateau lots, pavilion lots and forest ridge lots. The raised plateau lots are great for pragmatic layouts.
