Industrial Zoning
The existing use of 95.23 hectares of industrial land concentrated in Section U5 will be maintained. Subang Light Industrial Area and Mah Sing Industrial Area need to be given special attention to encourage the establishment of new industrial activities on undeveloped lots. For the short term, the conversion of vacant industrial building activities to suitable uses such as recreational and leisure activities is encouraged.
