Berjaya Park (formerly known as Berjaya Industrial Park) is an integrated residential, commercial and industrial township nestled in Shah Alam. Industrial Zoning

Taman Berjaya Industrial Area, Kota Kemuning in Section 31 and Bukit Kemuning in Section 33 need to be given special attention to encourage the establishment of new industrial activites on the industrial lots that are left vacant. The development of new industries on vacant lots is expected to involve a total area of 108.35 hectares. Vacant industrial lots and spaces will be encouraged to be converted to recreational and leisure activities as appropriate.
